Helck Anime Season 1 Episode 1 releases tomorrow- Here’s everything you need to know

One of the most awaited summer anime of 2023 premiers tomorrow. The official trailer of the upcoming show Helck was revealed in February along with a key visual and release date. The first 2 episodes of the season were also premiered at the Anime Expo event on the 3rd of July, which was appreciated highly.

The initial announcement regarding the adaption of Nanaki Nanao’s manga series was made last February and it was known that Tatsuo Sato will be directing the anime. The manga was published from the 5th of May 2014 until 2017 and serialized in Ura Sunday MangaONE. It has 106 chapters in it which makes 12 volumes so far. Viz Media is also publishing the manga in the English language.

The show is created by Satelight Studious and is licensed by Sentai Filmworks. Yoshinori Deno has played her part in character design while Mitsutaka Hirota and Toshizo Nemoto have worked on the scripts. The cast includes- Katsuyuki  Konishi, Mikako Komatsu, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka, Akira Ishida, Shiki Aoki, Haruka Shiraishi, Hiroyuki Yoshino, and Rena Maeda.

The anime will be released at 1:29 am in Japanese time while for other time zones, it will be aired as such- 12:29 pm ET, 11:29 am CT, 9:29 am PT, and 9:59 pm IST. The show will be streamed on HIDIVE, Animation Digital Network, and Akiba Pass TV.

A certain country in the demon world. The Demon King was defeated by the hands of one of the heroes, and a competition was held for the title of the New Demon King.
