Horimiya: The Missing Pieces is staying true to its time schedule and releasing the upcoming episode on the 2nd of September, 2023. As the story has not focused on the main characters and shifted the plot to different supporting characters, fans are highly anticipating any growth in Hori and Miyamure. However, they appreciated the change in storyline and felt empathetic towards other characters.

Episode 9th of Horimiya: The Missing Pieces focused on Shin Yasuda, the English teacher. He wakes up in the teacher’s room and has been pranked by students as they give him a hairstyle.
He also becomes a center of joke in his lectures and that turns out to be embarrassing for him. Later, he happens to meet the physics teacher Nakamine for a key and finds out that he forgets about it every now and then. This turns hilarious when Nakamine drops a bunch of keys through his pocket.
However, Yasuda turns jealous when he sees Yuki fixing Nakamine’s pocket. Afterwards, he finds Sengoku and Hori accidentally locked up in the student’s council room. The teacher scolds them and suggests they stop doing such late-night stunts and says that a thorough inspection will be done.
Terajima-sensei walks in at the same moment and talks him through. He even lets the student go and makes Yasuda acknowledge his absurd activities.
The upcoming episode will explore Hori and Miyamura’s relationship even further. It will also enlighten some heart-touching moments and give a quick laugh in between
