Meta-owned WhatsApp is going through several developments at the time and is also inculcating new features to its platform. The company is leveling up with recent technologies and making its messaging app more convenient for users. With one such enhancement, WhatsApp is working on bringing out AI-powered stickers.

The feature is currently in the beta testing phase and has been left to understand if it is working or have any other minor misconceptions. The upcoming upgrade allows users to create stickers based on text-based descriptions. With the help of this feature, users will be able to make customized stickers and express things more creatively.

According to the report shared by WABetaInfo, Whatsapp is experimenting with a new feature that will enable users to create stickers based on text commands. There will be a create button in the stickers section as shared in the screenshot. Users will have to give the description for the sticker. WhatsApp will then generate a number of AI-based stickers depending on the text.

The report didn’t state which technology will be used for the new feature. But Meta will also maintain security regulations and would report inappropriate or offensive stickers. Also, the stickers will have a watermark, making the users understand it is made with the help of Meta’s AI advancement.

This feature is the next step towards enhancing user experience and making the platform more personalized for them. The AI-generated stickers will help them communicate in a much better way and also create a fun experience over the platform.
