WhatsApp introduces new advanced audio and video calling features on the Windows desktop app

WhatsApp is reportedly going to launch new features for video and calling on the Windows Desktop app. The advanced upgradation will provide users to connect with 32 more people while video and audio calling.
Earlier, the desktop app enabled only eight people to join in during a video call and 32 individuals were able to participate in an audio call. Now, the limit of the audience for the video call has also been extended to 32.
WABetaInfo revealed that WhatsApp has released a feature allowing 32 participants to join in during a video call gradually. However, this advancement is only accessible by beta users, who are supposed to install the beta update 2.23.24.1.0 to utilize it.

The portal also shared a screenshot that only selected beta users will be given an invitation to check out the new feature. This will also specify more on calling through contacts and group calls, which will support up to 32 members.
According to the report, some users may also receive a message stating the capability to ensure video calling to 16 individuals at a time. Moreover, this function will also incorporate an amazing feature of screen sharing which was announced with the WhatsApp beta for Windows 2.2322.1.0 update. Also, with the installation of the most recent update of the app, users can also get access to video messages.
