The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess anime new trailer released- Check out

The initial announcement regarding the adaption of The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess anime was made in March along with releasing a promotional video and the release date. The anime is scheduled to premiere in October 2023. As the fans are waiting in anticipation for more details about the show, the makers decided to launch yet another trailer that gives more insights from the fantasy world.

The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess is a Japanese light novel series which is written by Kotei Kobayashi. It was published in the year 2020 and has 11 volumes so far. The book series was later even adapted for the manga version and serialized in Monthly Big Gangan.

The anime revolves around the shut-in vampire Terakomari who is also called Komari. She only wakes up from her dreamland to discover that her position has been promoted, making her the commander of the army. But the thing is, her new squad is known for their rude and insubordinate behavior.

Though Komari is born to a renowned vampire family, she has stayed away from blood. This has made her insufficient in many ways and her magic skills are also mediocre. Through all these odds against her, Komari’s royal maid is the only savior for her success.

The anime will be directed by Tatsuma Minamikawa, while the script is written by Keiichiro Ochi. The upcoming show will be created by Project No.9 Studios. Yen Press published the light novel series in 2020
