The Imaginary anime movie revealed its official trailer and cast details- Check out

After a lot of anticipation and waiting, Studio Ponoc’s ‘The Imaginary’ is all set to premiere on the 15^th of September in Japan this year. The makers have also released its official trailer giving thrilling insights from the plot and fans have gone all ga ga over it.

The promotional video has also revealed the cast details and the members include-

• Kokoro Terada as Rudger
• Rio Suzuki as Amanda
• Sakura Ando as Lizzie
• Riisa Naka as Emily
• Atsuko Takahata as Downbeat Grandma
• Issey Ogata as Mr. Bunting
• Takayuki Yamada as Jinzan

The film was initially announced to make its release as a part of the summer 2022 anime. However, the release date got pushed due to “new challenges” and COVID-19 issues.

The Imaginary is adapted from A.F Harrold’s novel of the same name. the novel is illustrated by Emily Gravett and was published in the year 2014. Studio Ponoc is producing the anime and describes the plot of the series as-

The main character of The Imaginary is Rudger. Born from a young girl’s imagination, Rudger is a boy no one can see who lives in a world where imaginations can live and be eaten by others. The Imaginary is an extraordinarily touching and beautiful hand-drawn fantasy film in which Rudger and his new friends in “The Imaginaries Town” embark on an adventure no one can see at the risk of the futures and fates of those they love.
