Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! released new character trailer- Watch

The makers of the Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable! anime has released a new trailer. The video focused on the main character Minami Fuyuki who will be voiced by Ayane Sakura. Along with this, a new key visual has been revealed featuring Minami. The backdrop of the visual is of a makeup store and even she is holding a lipstick in her hand. The anime is scheduled to premiere in January 2024.

The upcoming anime is adapted from the manga series written by Kai Ikada and published by Shueisha. It was serialized in their Shonen Jump+ magazine and released on the 4^th of September 2019. The manga has 11 volumes as of now.

The official announcement regarding television serialization was made in October 2022. The show will be directed by Mirai Minato and Misuzu Hoshino at Silver Link Studious. It is also produced by Blade. Katsuyuki Sato will be handling the character design.

Manga Plus describes the plot of the story as-

High school boy Tsubasa moves to Kitami City up in Hokkaido, where he meets a “gal” at a bus stop. The sight of her standing alone against the white snowscape, bare-legged despite the cold, captures his heart.
