The most loved anime of summer 2023, Masamune-Kun’s Revenge R is rolling out new episodes every week and treating its fans with wholesome content. The previous episode focused on chapter 43 from the manga named ‘A Futile Confession.’
The upcoming 8th episode will be released on the 21st of August, 2023 at 11 pm for the Japanese audience. While for the international audience, the episode will be aired as per respective time zones-

The previous episode showcased Fujinomiya celebrating New Year with her family in a Traditional Japanese manner. Few of her relatives even praised how pretty she has grown out to be. Subsequently, Masamune went to see a doctor for his hives as it was concerning. He even thought of going for another visit.
Futabe and Kojuro invited Masamune to celebrate New Year at the shrine with them, but he turned down their offer due to the hives issue. He even lied saying that Aki and Yoshino were busy so they invited Fujinomiya.
The episode even revealed some flashbacks from the past wherein Fujinomiya and Makabe met at a wedding.
The episode ended with Fujinomiya trying to kiss Makabe and his hives returned and he saw Yoshino collapse on the ground. The upcoming episode would focus on Yoshino and his relationship and how it would turn out to be.
