French President Macron slammed for attending Elton John’s concert amidst ongoing tension in France

French President Emmanuel Macron was spotted attending Elton John’s concert, wherein the country is going through a tough crisis. He was one of the attendees at the British singer Elton’s Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour that is happening in Paris. The video has been surfacing for quite some time now and the masses are slamming him for being too lenient towards the whole situation. People on Twitter also trolled him for the inapropriate act at a time of tension.

The riots have been sparkling since the 17-year-old boy was shot dead by the police near France on Tuesday. He was driving a car and accidentally stopped by the police, a video has also been surfacing wherein two police officers were standing by the side of the driver’s seat and one of them discharged a gun without facing any mere threat.

The officer is now being held in custody for unnecessary use of his vehicle. The protests are still continuing as the case has become a matter of racism among the masses as similar incidents have also happened in the past. In central Paris, fourteen people were arrested for trespassing into a Nike store. Around 40,000 law enforcement officers have been summoned across the country to maintain stability and harmony. The riots have also reached Brussels and Belgium and the condition is worsening with each passing day.
