After Two Grammy’s Barack Obama wins and Emmy for his Narration

The former President of USA bagged an Emmy award on Saturday to add to his collection of two Grammys. He received it for the best narrator in the Netflix documentary series, our Great National Parks. This five-part show featuring national parks from around the globe is produced by Barack and Michelle Obama’s production company “Higher Ground”. He becomes the second president after D. Eisenhower to win an Emmy award. The two term US president won Grammy awards for his fabulous reads of two of his memoirs, The Audacity of Hope and A Promised Land. Audacity of hope is an exemplary account of how Barack Obama held his position as a senator, as a politician and eventually as the President of USA. A Promised Land is a personal account of history in the making- from the president who inspired to believe in the power of democracy. Michelle Obama also won her own Grammy for reading her own Audiobook in 2020.
