The next American slasher film Scream VI is being produced by Kevin Williamson and is being directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett. It was written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick, and it was originally the franchise’s originator and writer. Directly after Scream, it will be the sixth movie in the Scream series. While in July 2022, the film was still untitled officially, production documents revealed the working title to be “Blackmore”, while set photos showed Scream !! as a working title.

The film follows four survivors of the original Ghostface killings attempt leave Woodsboro behind for a fresh start.

Scream 6: Plot

Coming to the plot, as much as we know, The film continues with the survivors of the latest Ghostface killings, sisters Samantha and Tara Carpenter and twins Chad and Mindy Meeks, leaving Woodsboro behind and starting a new chapter of their lives in New York City only to again be plagued by a streak of murders by a new Ghostface killer.
