Prime Video India revealed the official trailer of the upcoming docuseries AP Dhillon: First of A Kind on Tuesday, 8th August. The promotional video also encompassed two of his hit songs- Summer High and Brown Munde. The music sensation is all set to make his grand appearance on the OTT platform and stun everyone with his untold story.
The announcement regarding the docuseries was made a few days ago and soon after that the makers released its first look on the streaming platform. By taking to Instagram, the post was shared with the trailer video. It was captioned as, “AP Dhillon: First of A kind’ out on August 18th worldwide #APDhillonOnPrime, series preview out now!”
Amritpal Dhillon famously known as AP Dhillon is one of the talented music prodigies of Punjab. The Indo-Canadian singer has an unnerving story that follows hardcore realities and how he faced hardships in every aspect of his life. The docuseries will precisely show his journey from the very early stage focusing on the key elements that shaped him in a better way. And also depict how he came to be the popular AP Dhillon.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, the singer expressed how blessed he was to receive so much love on the global platform. He stated, “When I began my journey from Gurdaspur to Canada, I never thought that one day I would be telling my story in such a manner. I am truly humbled and thrilled to have received so much love and recognition for the kind of music we are creating.”
AP Dhillon: First of A Kind is a four-part docuseries directed by Jay Ahmed. It is produced by Passion Pictures in association with Wild Sheep Content. The upcoming series covering the life story of AP Dhillon will be streaming exclusively on Prime Video India on the 18th of August.
