JioBook 4G laptop to get launched in India- Check details here

Jio will launch their affordable laptop in India known as JioBook. The laptop has already been listed by the e-commerce website Amazon and is all set to release on the 31 of July. The model was tagged as, “Your ultimate learning partner,” which seems like the laptop is designed for students and for doing light activities.

The upcoming laptop would be a revised version of the JioBook launched in October 2022. The latter one was launched in India with a price range below Rs 20,000. Also, the laptop was only available in Reliance Digital Store.

JioBook is addressed as “Designed for all ages,” and the laptop is showcased in a vibrant blue color. The device will be activated through JioOS like the previous model. It will cater to basic productivity activities and for gaming and entertainment purposes. Amazon also claims that the battery life of JioBook will be sustainable for an entire day.

The all-new laptop will support a 4G network, which will help in the uninterrupted streaming of content. It will also be powered by an octa-core processor, enabling high-definition video quality and various software applications. The laptop will weigh 990g.

These many specifications have been known so far. However, further details will be known on the date of launch.

While the JioBook that was launched last year had an 11-inch screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768. It weighed 1.2kg and had an octa-core Qualcomm processor. The laptop supported 32GB eMMC storage and Adreno GPU. It also had a JioStore, in order to install third-party applications.

The previous laptop has a battery life of 5000mAh and was sustainable for up to 8 hours. The device also had a Jio sim card-enabled socket for network purposes.
