The fifth route of the semi-high-speed train, Vande Bharat Express will have its new fifth route launched next month on 10th November.

The opening of Indian Railways is scheduled for November 10. The train will travel the route between Chennai, Bengaluru, and Mysuru.

This comes shortly after Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off the latest route of the train from Himachal Pradesh’s Una district yesterday, improving connectivity by reducing travel time between the two states.

The improved Vande Bharat Express will weigh 392 tons when compared to the previous version of 430 tons. It will also have a Wi-Fi content on-demand facility,” the statement by Prime Minister’s office highlighted.
