Snoop Dogg and Eminem have joined forces to collaborate for a bicoastal new song, “From the D2 the LBC.”
James Larese has directed the music video of the fast talking single which has been released on Friday. The music video switches between live footage of the rappers and an animated world where they transform into bored Ape looking Avatars.
The rappers shout out their respective hometowns on the music track, which puts to rest any territorial beef. The rappers rap,”Put your doobies high if you reside in 213, lets see them blunts raised,” “whether you east side or west side of the 313, lets see them guns blaze.”

The single is after the collaboration of Eminem and Snoop Dogg at the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show.
The performance brought both of them alongside Dr. Dre, Mary J. Blige, and Kendrick Lamar.
This marks as the second new song released by Eminem this month. Eminem recently reimagined Elvis Presley’s “Jailhouse Rock” in the new soundtrack single from Baz Luhrmann’s Elvis film.
The song, “The king and I,” mashes up the iconic track of Elvis Presley with a modern beat and features a chorus from CeeLo Green, however, in the song, Eminem draws comparison between the King of Rock and Roll and himself, and says that bo|th of them got criticised for stealing Black Music.
