Shabana Azmi has completed the filming of Abhishek Bachchan’s ‘Ghoomer’

Shabana Azmi, a veteran performer, announced on Wednesday that the filming of her upcoming film “Ghoomer,” starring Abhishek Bachchan, was concluded. R Balki directed and produced the film, which was inspired by Karoly Takacs, a Hungarian right-handed shooter who won two Olympic gold medals with his left hand after his right hand was severely damaged.
Balki, who is known for films like ‘Cheeni Kum,’ ‘Ki and Ka,’ and ‘Pad Man,’ is also the writer for the upcoming feature alongside Rahul Sengupta and Rishi Virman.

Azmi posted the latest news from the sets on Instagram. She also disclosed that megastar Amitabh Bachchan will feature in ‘Ghoomer’ as a guest star, with whom she will film a few sequences. The 71-year-old actor wrote, “It’s a wrap on Ghoomar except for a days shoot with Amitabh Bachchan in a guest appearance. #RBalki #Saiyami Kher #Abhishek Bachchan #Angad Bedi maza aaya (had lot of fun) it all went by so quickly.”

Saiyami Kher, Angad Bedi, Shivendra Singh Dungarpur, and Ivanka Das also star in ‘Ghoomer.’ The film’s creators stated in February that the video honors the achievements of athletes who have overcome their limitations and achieved more than they did when they were considered “normal.”
