Reliance Retail launches FMCG brand ‘Independence’
Reliance Retails is ready to take part in the competitive market of FMCG as they launch their new brand which is considered to be a game changer.
With Reliance Retail launching its products under the brand name “Independence,” the FMCG market is about to undergo a disruption. According to the company, the brand will compete directly with companies like HUL, ITC, Marico, and Tata Consumer in a number of categories, including staples, processed foods, and other daily necessities.
“I am happy to announce the launch of our own FMCG brand, Independence, which brings a wide choice of high quality and affordable products including edible oils, pulses, grains, packaged foods and other daily need products,” said Isha Ambani, Director, Reliance Retail Ventures Ltd.
Experts believe that Reliance Retail might disrupt the market just like how Jio changed the telecom market.
