The crisis hit airline has been directed by the DGCA to halt sale of its tickets until further notice. This was after its insolvency on May 3rd, and since the lessors are looking to take back the aircraft leased to the carrier.
DGCA has asked the airline to submit an in-depth plan about its revival such as including details like maintenance arrangements, funding and working capital, and arrangements with the lessors.
