The Indian box office for James Cameron’s Avatar: The Way of Water has brought in about 38–40 crore. This indicates that the film outperformed Spider-Man: No Way Home and Avengers: Infinity War in terms of opening day take. Spider-Man: No Way Home made 32 crore on day one, while Avengers: Infinity War made 31 crore.

Even so, it was still unable to top Avengers: Endgame as the biggest Hollywood opening ever in the nation. With a 53 crore opening, Avengers: Endgame stood tall above them all. Details show that Avatar, Part 1 is still the most successful movie ever, grossing $2.9 billion worldwide. Like its predecessor, Avatar: The Way of Water received high marks from critics.

According to data released by trade analyst Taran Adarsh, James Cameron’s most recent film grossed Rs 41 crores in its first day of release across all four languages. In addition to English, Avatar 2 is also available in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.
