Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen starrer ‘Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness’ enjoyed a successful run at the box office. Presently, Marvel’s film has overtaken DC’s ‘The Batman’ as the highest-grossing movie of the year 2022.
Doctor Strange has collected over $800 million worldwide while the lifetime earnings of the Robert Pattinson starrer is $769 million.
As per a report, the MCU movie earned more than $350 million in the US and $465 million overseas making the complete collection $815 million approximately.

Directed by Sam Raimi, ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ continues after the occasion of ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ and sees Dr Strange open a rift in the multiverse while attempting to help Tom Holland’s Peter Parker. The movie also includes Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stuhlbarg and Rachel McAdams.
On the other hand, ‘The Batman’, helmed by Matt Reeves starred Zoë Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jeffrey Wright, John Turturro, Peter Sarsgaard, Andy Serkis, and Colin Farrell. It was released in March this year.
