Promptly after the Form S-4 is declared effective by the SEC, 10X III will mail the definitive proxy statement/prospectus and a proxy card to each shareholder entitled to vote at the meeting relating to the approval of the transactions and other proposals set forth in the proxy statement/prospectus. The Form S-4, the proxy statement/prospectus, as well as other filings containing information about AGT and 10X III will be available without charge at the SEC’s Internet site (http://www.sec.gov).
